Privacy
Tunebow is published by RA2 LAB COMPANY LIMITED and is covered by the Ra2Lab Privacy Policy, the single policy for every app we publish. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.
What is specific to Tunebow

This addendum adds detail for Tunebow. Where it is more specific than the policy, it applies to Tunebow; for everything else, the policy applies.
What you type to make a song
To make a song, the app sends what you enter (who the song is for, names, what makes them special, memories, messages, ideas, lyrics, and your genre, voice and sound choices) to our backend and to AI model providers that write the lyrics and generate the audio on our behalf (policy section 4). Please do not include sensitive information, such as health or financial details or identification numbers, about yourself or anyone else.
We keep these inputs and the songs made from them for as long as we need to deliver your songs, provide support, and handle copyright or safety reports, and then delete or de-identify them (policy section 8).
Your Library
Songs you make are saved in the Library on your device. Downloading or sharing a song is up to you; when you share from the share sheet, the song goes to the app or person you choose.
Songs you share to Explore
If you turn on Share in Explore, the song becomes public to everyone who uses the app, including its audio, title, lyrics and cover art. Explore does not show your name or account details next to a song, but the lyrics may contain names or details you wrote, so review them before sharing. Deleting the song from your Library removes it from Explore; copies may remain in backups for a limited time. See the Community Guidelines.
Reports and blocks
When you report a song, we receive the song, the reason you chose and your account identifier so we can review it. When you block a creator, we store that choice so their songs stay hidden from you.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; we receive your subscription status, never your card details (policy section 2.1).
This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. The service that hosts it may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and operations.
